I usually use 3-6 raw eggs and choose how many to consume intuitively based on what my appetite wants. Careful when cracking the eggs into you blender to avoid any small eggs shells in there because that is where the risk of salmonella can come into play. Use the best quality eggs you can afford and if you cannot afford good quality eggs consider cooking them instead.
I then add about 1:1 ratio of raw milk to eggs which can be difficult to do sometimes when adding a lot of eggs if the blender is small. If that is the case I will usually make two different batches because it taste much better when this ratio is in favor of milk, rather than being eggy.
Lastly I add sweetener of choice. Raw honey goes best in this imo (Milk & Honey) and any of sweetener like maple syrup or black strap molasses can be used.
Raw honey could potentially be the more vitalizing if you do not have a good local source you can get some from Lineage Provisions with code CASE10 here)
You can also use no sweetener if you do not feel like it, or toss some fruit in and blend. Strawberries or mangoes or blueberries or bananas are all delicious in this for example.
This is all you need for the base of Nature Shake
This is amazingly delicious nutritious and vitalizing
